How to add Team members from the workspace Area
The area numbered 1 on the screenshot shows the active workspace, click on it and a dropdown appears as shown then click“Team Members” on the dropdown to see all the teams on the workspace.
On the team settings page, as shown below, you can click“Add Team Member”Âto add to the team.
The area number 4 on the screenshot represents the roles of team members.
After clicking “Invite Team Member” in area number 3 in the screenshot, a pop-up will appear allowing you to add the team member’s email address. Enter the email address, select the role, and click “Add Team Member”. See screenshot below for guide.
The added team member receives the mail as shown and after accepting the invite, he will now be added to your team.
Note: Once the invite is accepted, the status changes from Pending, to Active.
How to Invite Team from Dashboard
Step 1:ÂClick“Invite Team Member” on the bottom left corner of the page as shown.
Step 2:ÂFill in the appropriate details, and click“Add Team Members”
The newly added team member can be seen as shown below.
How to add Team from the People Page
From the dashboard, click on “People” in the left-hand corner as shown.
Step 1:ÂClick“Add” on the top right corner of the page as shown.
Step 2:ÂClick“Teams” on the top right corner of the page as shown.
Step 3:ÂWrite your email address, choose the role and click“Add Team Members”.
Afterwards, it will show in the Teams section as seen below.
How to remove Team Access
Step 1:ÂOn the People page, Click on the team member you wish to remove as shown.
Step 2:ÂUpon clicking the team member you wish to remove, Click“Info”
Step 3:ÂToggle the“Disable Member” button as shown by the arrow, The Message “Successfully disabled team Member” appears on your screen as shown;
How to access Team Settings from the Dashboard
Step 1:ÂClickÂon the “Settings” icon shown on the dashboard.
On theÂSettings page, Click the “Teams” icon.ÂUpon clicking the ellipse (3 dots) as shown by the arrow, the team member options appear as seen and then you can be able to do whatever you want to do
For instance, to Disable a Team member, Click “Disable Member”
